Our ISO Certified manufacturing process starts with you and your dream.  We promise it’s easy and painless: 

1. Send us an image of the item to be recreated and all of the pertinent, important information about what you want the inflatable to look like
2. One of our sales team will contact you to verify your needs and once we have all of the necessary information, we will provide you with your pricing quote and a rendering of the finished product if you desire one
3. Once you order the inflatable, we begin the design process, either by building a clay model or drawing in the computer
4. We send you images for your approval of the design and any necessary changes
5. Once the design is approved by you, our design process is completed by sending the pattern pieces to the automated, computerized cutting table
6. Once the pattern pieces are cut, our sewing staff and artists transform the pattern pieces into the giant 3-D image of your dream
7. Once completely assembled, we test inflate the cold air inflatable for quality inspection and take pictures to send to you
8. Once the inspections are satisfactorily completed, your inflatable is ready to GET NOTICED!!
